Set within the idyllic surroundings of Kangaroo Island, Mercure Kangaroo Island Lodge provides a truly unforgettable destination for meetings and events in South Australia. Contemporary and well presented, the hotel’s spacious meeting room can be arranged in a range of function layouts to suit a variety of events – with the capacity to host up to 80 guests in theatre style. Daily room hire is waived if delegates stay in-house. Room hire includes room set-up, Wi-Fi access, registration desk, projector and screen, and continuous tea, coffee, iced water and mints for the duration of the function. Morning tea, afternoon tea and lunch can be arranged for delegates, as well as dinner or cocktails post-function, if required.
Seating up to 80 guests, the hotel’s Reflections Restaurant and Bar is another popular event space. Perfect for corporate dinners and presentations, the restaurant features an adjoining al fresco area with spectacular views over the water, which works wonderfully as a breakout space.
